After 2 years of retail and online trading Cheshire Hydropionics Ltd has decided to re-invent itself. Cheshires premier hydroponics outlet has got itself some new rags!

So, after 2 years of trading Cheshire Hydroponics has decided to give itself a facelift. The ageing website has now been updated to suit more modern trends and catch up on all new hydroponics technologies.

The website overhaul was inspired by a re-design of the company logo, which in turn led to the companies directors making the decision to give itself a fresh new look to compete with some of the more modern hydroponics websites. Director Lee Crabtree was quoted saying:

"We were all getting a bit bored with the design of the website and felt it was time to change it up a bit. We got our new logo back from the designers and it didnt blend in well with the website design at the time, so our only option was to re-design the site around it"

Shortly after, web designer Simon Taylor was hired to help design and develop the companies website and overall help build up the companies presence on the world wide web. Simon Taylor was quoted as saying:

"The look and feel of the old website was a little sterile and dated. The new logo was didnt suit the design at all so a complete re-design was the only option. Hydroponics is a very colorful industry that is heavy on product branding and visually driven retail sales, so embracing some of the more stand out brands was a given"

The hydroponics and home gardening industry has gone through some major changes in the past few years. No longer is this just an underground hobby taken up by shady characters with the goal of making quick (illegal)  money, but is being embraced by people from all walks of life. In Greater Manchester (north-west England) alone the amount of hydroponics retail shops has increased by over 500%. This is obviously an industry on the grow!
